If buyers cant find the cost of your services or products on your website, you are losing sales.
I’m still amazed by the sheer number of B2B companies who tell me that cost is an important decision factor.
Yet, they do not publish the price of their products or services on their website.
I’ve heard all of the reasons:
❌ Customized services
❌️ Every engagement is different
❌️ Not wanting their competitors to know their prices
❌️ Wanting a buyer to sign in so they can get email addresses
❌️ Products need to be configured
❌️ Wanting prospects to call their sales team for more information
But, think of your own shopping habits.
When you are looking for a supplier and don’t find prices on their website, what do you do?
👉 For me, they get placed on the bottom of my short list and I move on to the next company.
👉 I suspect that many of you do the same thing.
👉 I suspect most of your prospects do the same.
In this day of digital transparency where buyers research online before they call your sales team, leaving prices off your website is costing you leads and sales.
Publish your prices.
Rank higher on buyers shortlist.
Get the call.
Win the sale.
