In the past, we only needed to focus on the human user experience.
Websites had to be visually appealing, user friendly, optimized for SEO, traffic generation and conversions.
But with B2B buyers now using AI tools like ChatGPT to help them through their buyers journey, we now have another audience to serve: the AI bots.
Tools like ChatGPT do not:
